scjm.net inc. specializes in building net-work infrastructure for government and private organizations. Currently scjm.net inc. is working to bring 56 kilobit per second Internet speeds to the general public, with the help of government and private grants. Given current projections and growth, we estimate 50% of the American population will have access to these services within ten to twenty years. We are working at full capacity and are not open to new large contracts except under certain circumstances.

Goals:

Improve the net-works of the country's public and private universities.

Research possible future methods of Internet delivery, such as over-the-air transmission.

Outline standards specifying the system of measurement to be used on the Internet.
